Our aim is to reach right food to right patient at right time.
Managing the functioning of the dietary department and patient diet source, planning and modification of diet of each patient on a daily basis according to clinical and biomedical parameters. Food distribution and preparation of external foods. Diet planning and counselling OPD patient work with consultants with regard to patient nutritional status to keep a check on the quality and the food served is right. Coordinal with the food and beverage manager for a better work flow and to see that the patients complaints are minimized. Plans menus for every three months with food and beverage manager.
